It’s interesting to watch how differently your child handles shopping as they grow. Each age is a new experience! My daughter Matilda, now 3, is turning into quite the avid shopper.
Last weekend, for Mother’s Day, my family and I braved the crowds and headed to the Los Angeles Rose Bowl Flea Market. I had my essentials: sun hat, water, and snacks, but it doesn’t matter how much you plan in advance. The heat, the crowds, the lines…it was tough! However, the flea market was really well priced with a huge selection of goods. Although we only managed to stay a few hours, we still enjoyed it.
We bought some great things, too: tiny doll house furniture and dolls for Matilda (only $2!), old paper ephemera for moi, vintage baby shoes for $4, and amazing vintage card games. Pics to come!
