What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple Pay. Our payment processing gateway is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
We also accept Paypal.
We are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to an address in California will have the prevailing sales tax rate for San Francisco County automatically added. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will accept returns of sealed items in original condition or defective products within 21 days of the order date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return information.
Note: Personalized prints and sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued for the item price on the original sales receipt and any applicable taxes to the payment method used for the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Be sure to pack and seal the package securely. If possible, use the original packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD shipments.
We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
What if items are backordered or sold out?
If certain products are backordered on our website, it will also be noted on the product page or we will send you an email. We will provide you with the earliest possible shipping date.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Email us at email@example.com or call us at 415-839-8299 as soon as possible. Orders often ship within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.
How accurate is the online color representation?
We use our best effort to ensure the color of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Because the color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any color on our website is accurate. Please assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen.
Where can I find a store in my neighborhood that sells Petit Collage?
We offer our goods in countless stores across the country as well as in many international shops and online stores. Check out our store locator to find a retailer carrying Petit Collage.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately at the moment, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. We do offer the option of including a written gift note in your purchase.
How do you ship orders?
We ship orders to the contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS. Domestic orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, or United States territories are shipped via USPS. International orders are usually shipped via USPS. Shipping will be calculated during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs to the contiguous United States range from $5.95 to $9.95. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, or U.S. territories range from $15.95 to $29.95. We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Expedited shipping options are available. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
When are items shipped?
Items will be shipped within two to three days from the time you place your order. Unless otherwise noted, we will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to backordered items. Please allow an additional three days to all orders for personalized art.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday during business hours (excludes holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package is on its way.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic shipments usually arrive in 2-7 business days. International shipments arrive in 7-15 business days.
Please note: international delivery times are estimates only. Delays in your country's customs bureau may add to your delivery time. All international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or custom fees upon delivery in your country. These fees are estimated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipping. Petit Collage is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
What if my item is damaged?
Please call us immediately at 415-839-8299 if you receive a damaged or defective item and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. The carrier may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed. Always inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
You should receive an email from Petit Collage with the tracking number of your shipment once it is on its way. If you have not received an email, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
